"And so I purchased 2 bottles of this product from the company directly. And both of them came damaged. You could tell from the plastic that they were in that they were leaking, because they had soap suds all over it. I sent an email to the company and they never responded back. I sent twice two emails, never a response"

"I applied the S3 Calm mousse on Chappy, my rescued female tuxedo kitty who has skin allergies and hair loss. Every two days I applied a pump or two of the mousse on her. It feels light. She liked when I massaged it around the affected area on the top of her head and around her neck. I noticed in days how soft her fur felt. and the skin area seemed relieved. Since one has to be careful with topical products on cats due to possible toxicity, I felt grateful to have this product which our vet recommended. Also, prior to ordering it, I communicated with a representative at this company to reassure myself that this product was indeed applicable for cats. Her response was polite and informative. I would recommend this product to other cat parents. They have different items, so I advise answering the questions on the Douxo website to help buyers decide which product would work best for their pets. I hope to buy the antifungal pads next for my other rescued kitty. It helps to know that my vet recommended this company."

"Product recommened by my vet fir pur dog, but one of the containers leaked so most of the product from that container soaked the packing envelope. You Need to pack the containers more securely in a box with plenty of bubble wrap/packing material, rather than a flimsy envelope, so that they do’t leak in transit."
