General veterinarians and veterinary dermatology specialists work closely with DOUXO® to support your pet’s skin health. DOUXO® products are widely recommended by veterinarians across the globe.

As part of the development of our innovative DOUXO®range, we collaborated with veterinary dermatology experts from around the world. This collaboration enabled us to create skincare products tailored to a wide variety of needs. We work closely with general practitioners and specialists, particularly during field trials and by contributing to their ongoing education, to ensure optimal skin health for your pets.

Solutions designed to meet veterinarians’ needs

Our products are developed to support both veterinarians and pet owners in managing all types of skin conditions. Working closely with expert dermatologists, we design formulas that combine efficacy, safety, cosmetic quality, and ease of use.

Because compliance at home is key, we also listened to pet owners. Many shared that they find topical routines difficult when they are time-consuming or unpleasant. To address this, we created user-friendly products with a simple, enjoyable protocol. For instance, with DOUXO® S3 products, we recommend starting with one shampoo on day 1 to clean the skin and coat, followed by mousse applications on days 3 and 7. Then, continue using the mousse every 2-3 days for two additional weeks to ensure longer-lasting action.

This routine ensures prolonged action of the active ingredients while turning skincare into a positive bonding moment with the pet.

All our products are tested and approved by veterinarians, pets, and their families.

For DOUXO® S3, clinical trials are conducted in collaboration with general practitioners and dermatology specialists, exclusively on animals requiring these treatments. Each protocol is validated by an ethics committee to ensure animal welfare. Results are published in peer-reviewed scientific journals or presented at international veterinary congresses, demonstrating significant improvements in skin condition and high satisfaction rates among veterinarians and pet owners.

For DOUXO® Skin & Coat SPA, every formula was tested on pets volunteered by their owners under veterinary supervision prior to launch, confirming safety, efficacy, and sensory appeal.
