A Powerful Antiseptic Ingredient in DOUXO® S3 PYO: Chlorhexidine Digluconate

Fungal (yeasts such as Malassezia) and bacterial overgrowthare common in skin diseases affecting our pets. The increasing prevalence of methicillin-resistant bacterial infections has led to a reevaluation of systemic antimicrobial therapies. Experts now recommend the use of topical antimicrobials as the first line of treatment.

The DOUXO® S3 PYO line contains 3% chlorhexidine digluconate*, a powerful antiseptic ingredient with proven efficacy on bacterial and yeast skin infections.
